Good News!!!

  I had what was hopefully my LAST visit to the orthopedic yesterday and received very good news! First of all, for those who don’t know, my MRI results came back last week and showed that I have a bone bruise on my cuboid and tendinitis on the peroneus brevis. A bone bruise is a stress reaction–it came be caused by sudden trauma (ie: rolling my ankle) or by repetitive stress over time (ie: landing on my foot the wrong way)….

  Several months ago when I planned my race schedule for the year, I had pretty ambitious goals.
